Good and absolutely perfect location, fairly clean hotel in general.
Location just off the night market and Rambuttri road, a fantastic shopping street, with planty of restaurants and shops and bus stops, Khao San Road, Ram Buttri. For tea or coffee visit Brunch Makers Cafe nearby. Overall really amazing stay for 4 nights.

The atmosphere of the place was unbeatable - the lovely lady who runs the guesthouse was really sweet and made us feel so welcome. Helpful with everything, offered great advice, and even invited us to try local fruit. The free coffee, tea, and biscuits were a lovely touch, just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The location was fantastic - quiet, yet only a 5-minute walk to KhaoSan and within walking distance to the Royal Palace and other sights. an excellent choice for our stay.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints at all.
